I thought that this was very interesting, though it has more to do with Japan-China relations than international. A TV show depicting “inaccurate historical information” about Japan was pulled in China. I found this interesting because the relationship between China and Japan isn’t historically good, so you would think that China would not respond in this way to a show that makes Japan look bad. I do think that this is important for making sure that the history shown in China, even in TV shows, is accurate. This will help create a better mindset in Chinese citizens and create better a understanding of different countries and their histories
