Here are the latest developments, both on the diplomatic and street front, as of Tuesday, December 12:<\/p>\n<h2>Diplomatic updates<\/h2>\n<ul type=\"disc\">\n<li>\n<p class=\"speakable\"><span lang=\"x-none\"><strong>Tehran &#8216;ready to support Palestinian resistance.<\/strong> <\/span><span lang=\"x-none\">On Tuesday, <\/span><span lang=\"en-US\">Qassem Soleimani, the commander\u00a0of foreign operations of the elite Revolutionary Guards,\u00a0said Iran is ready to support the &#8220;Islamic resistance forces&#8221;
