Those roles and relationships are being put to the test currently as Russia continues it&#8217;s invasion of Ukraine. Regardless of the success of the invasion, Africa and Russia&#8217;s relations will have changed. The continent of Africa will feel the repercussions from Russia&#8217;s invasion of Ukraine. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The effects are major in inflation to natural gas a wheat, which are both major to Africa, and Africa relies mainly on Russia for all those type of goods. A rise in inflation to these goods will hurt Africa&#8217;s economy and will cause food shortages, and will have an impact on buying foods that have risen in price due to the rise in price of wheat. As for gas, it has risen globally, but a rise to gas prices in North Africa is more detrimental to those in 3rd world countries. The effects could last an unprecedented amount of time, depend on how the invasion continues to go, and how sanctions put on Russia will go and how long they last.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This article deals with the collective goods issue. Gas and wheat benefits Russia&#8217;s economy, and North Africa&#8217;s people being fed and having reliable energy for things like vehicles and heating. Now that sanctions are placed on Russia, benefits on both sides have been shaken up. Russia&#8217;s economy is now crippling, and North Africa doesn&#8217;t get the wheat and energy necessary.
