Around 3,000 protesters marched from the city centre to the British Consulate, with many waving black flags and banners with slogans.The whole reasoning of the march is based on he 1917 declaration, which served as the basis for the British Mandate of Palestine. After reading about this issue and significant march based on the peoples feelings and beliefs, I found out that these Palestinian people wanted their 100 years of promised rights, which is a main issue of basic human rights. For a hundred years, they have been overlooked and not given rights causing them to protest and even their children to take action in school hoping to be heard. This protest even involved protesters in Pretoria, South Africa to take action and call this issue the “israeli ethnic cleansing of Palestinians” In conclusion, I alongside of many of these people that are living in the middle east and protesting for the Palestinian rights from Britain, feel that this is an important issue that needs to be known about , and that Palestinians deserve their rights just like anyone else. These protests show successful reasoning and actions therefore, there should be a change soon for Palestinians.<\/p>\n
