After President Trumps decision to pull out of the Iran Nuclear deal, Iran has stated that they will discuss a response with other countries. President Hassan Rouhani of Iran called Trumps action “an act of psychological warfare against Iran”. He also stated that he has instructed the Iranian Atomic Energy Organisation to take the necessary measures for future actions so that if necessary they can resume industrial enrichment without limit. He has agreed to wait a few weeks before applying this decision an will talk with allies and other members of the nuclear agreement first. Rouhani has said that as of now there will be a “Short period” to see if Iran’s interests are still preserved with the remaining countries. I very much hope that they can come to an agreement that is in the best interest of everyone and that Trumps decision does not hurt are allies by imposing sanctions.
