The Prime Minister will be meeting with President Biden in his home state of Delaware as a farewell to his administration. This visit amidst the tensions in the world is very important. The QUAD Summit is most likely in response to the rising tensions in the South China Sea so that the US and her allies can see where India stands in relation to their interests. This meeting will help to allow collaboration between members against the growing aggression of China. Prime Minister Modi is mainly attempting to promote stability in the region.
