A housewife was found murdered in her bedroom in Gaibandha Sadar upazila yesterday.<\/p>\n
Police said Jharna Begum, 40, wife of Shakhawat Hossain Khan of Davidcompanypara in Sadar municipality, was found murdered in her living room around 11:00am when none of the family members were present at the house.<\/p>\n
Shakhawat said he was at his ice-cream factory adjacent to his house, when Hanif Mia, one of his employees, went inside the house and spotted Jharna’s throat-slit body lying in a pool of blood and informed him.<\/p>\n
Officer-in-Charge Khan Mohammad Shahriar of Sadar Police Station said they recovered the body and sent it to Gaibandha Sadar Hospital for autopsy.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
