Yukiya Amano, the head of the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA), was in Tehran on Sunday, his first visit since US President\u00a0Donald Trump<\/a>\u00a0told Congress that\u00a0Iran<\/a>\u00a0is not complying with the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA), more commonly known as the 2015 nuclear deal.<\/p>\nThe IAEA chief put a positive face on proceedings, but the stakes are high.
