That seems like very far away, but in reality in order to succeed that far away and reach those goals- it starts by implementing things now. A big conversation in these goals are the improvement in education through better teacher training. They have implemented numerous amounts of new teacher training which ultimately results in higher and better education for students, less dropouts, and statistically higher numbers in students completing high levels of school. With a growing youth population, adding more teachers in expected to close that gap by 10 million. There is an expected double amount of enrollment in secondary school in the coming years.

This is important in a numerous amount of different ways. By improving the education of students, in enables them to have better opportunities for jobs, which in turn allows them to have money so the overall economic situation of the country is improved. By having better education and better job opportunities, it will lower the number of citizens in poverty. This in turn could be an example for other countries that are in the same educational, economic, and poverty situation; and eventually be a guide for other to succeed.

This reminds me of when we talked about different powerhouses in class, and how quickly all of these can change. If Africa was able to drastically improve their economic and domestic situation, then they could potentially become a competing power with other countries. Also, by drastically showing improvements, they could lead the way for other countries to do this as well, resulting in educational and economic improvement all over the world. This could potentially change the way that other countries interact with Africa’s economy. By 2063, the main powerhouses now could have already changed, and Africa could potentially be up there as a competing power.

https://allafrica.com/stories/202011030841.html The Africa’s Unions has recently released their vision for the 206 year.
