Congo’s President Felix Tshisekedi and Rwanda’s President Paul Kagame were supposed to meet in Angola earlier this week. The encroachment of the M2 31ST rebel group, that allegedly is backed by Rwanda, is most definitely a national security threat, thus requiring immediate action. As he already tried for a meeting that failed to occur, it is only a matter of time before the situation potentially escalates.
