Morena lawmaker thinks so

https://mexiconewsdaily.com/news/train-travel-mexicos-future/

This article talks about how Mexico is looking to expand its transportation ability. There are three train passenger services currently, and they are looking to make that number eleven by twenty fifty. The three services that currently operate in Mexico are the El Chepe, a service between Chihuahua City and Los Mochis, the Tequila Express, which links Guadalajara to the town of Tequila, and the Tijuana – Tecate service in Baja California. The Tequila Express is looking to expand to a longer passenger service from Poza Rica on the Gulf Coast in Veracruz to Puerto Vallarta on the Pacific Coast in Jalisco. A highlight of one of the tracks they are looking to build is the United States ten billion dollar Maya Train Railroad and will link cities and towns in five southeastern states.

This article is important because it is going to give the Mexican people faster transportation to the United States border. The trains are going to basically connect all of Mexico together and it will allow the people to get from point A to point B fairly easily. Instead of long journeys to the border, these trains will be a drastic change to something the Mexican people are used to doing at this point.

This relates to what we talk about in class through the topic of borders because the border between Mexico and the United States will be more packed than ever before now. People with easy access up to the North part of Mexico will easily be able to hang around the border when they want and this may develop problems for the United States border control.

https://mexiconewsdaily.com/news/train-travel-mexicos-future/ This article talks about how Mexico is looking to expand its transportation ability.
