Yemen has recently threatened that they would end co-operation with the UN investigators. A rebel spokesman accused the Saudi led coalition of not providing air transport. According to the UN Yemen is the worst humanitarian crisis to date. The coalition’s seemingly indiscriminate bombing practices is drawing fire from the UN. The Yemeni government (which is part of the coalition) claims these claims from the UN are “biased”. In my opinion guerilla warfare is a messy affair, innocent people are used as shields to cover themselves from annihilation. The advantage to the rebels is that for every innocent killed they gain some troops in turn. There is no really good way to get rid of these rebels. You can’t indiscriminately bomb rebel territory and expect everyone to be complacent.
