Recently, pollution rates in new York and connecticut has drastically increased. The asue of this is pollutions and wildfires in canada and california. The smog and smoke form these on going fires are being pushed across the Country and building up in big cities like New york. While being a Major city New york already struggles to handle pollution that it creates for itself, now they have to worry about pollution and smoke that come across the country. It isn’t only wildfire but controlled burns. Farmers while gather all the non-needed supplies and burn them to free up space or to just dispose of them easily. yet, with the convience of theat it puts a lot of bad chemicals inot the air that are now found to be collecting in big cities.
New york probably isn’t the only one and I feel our biggest problem today is how to handle pollution. The more we put these chemicals in the air the more problems we are going to create for ourselves. I am worried that fires burnt in california and Canada can travel all the way to new york. Just simple acts like burn broken materials could cause major impacts in a big city. I feel that we put ourselves in this position by ignoring it until now. As things continue we will see who acts
