French Foreign Minister Jean-Marc Ayrault was outraged when the Syrian deputy foreign minister was invited to a meeting, regarding the Russian cultural center in Paris. After the chemical attack on a Syrian rebel held town that killed at least 87 people, the French Foreign Minister had the right to be angry that such a government would be invited to discuss issues regarding another country. The conference had been planned for two months prior which would have given the government enough time to withhold the Syrian government from attending the meeting. Inviting them may show signs of support to the Syrian people that are dying at the hands of the government.  Shortly after that Rex Tillerson flew into Moscow to confront Kremlin over it support for The president of Syria.  The US question whether Russia was complicit  with the chemical attacks or not.  Shortly after that US president Donald Trump ordered missile strikes on Syria that took the world by surprise. If these strikes continue, relations with Russia and Syria will continue to deteriorate causing less communication then there already is. This situation is sickening not only that the Parisian government invited the Syrian government to a meeting but also that people are dying and there has been little to no action to stop it.  Hopefully in the coming weeks there will be more communication between Western allies so that they may come up with a better solution in dealing with Russian and Syria.  Without this type of communication there only be more drastic measures that will take place to end the problem. Needless to say the Western allies should hold off on inviting any Syrian government officials to future meetings.
