Uganda: Police – Ronald Ssebulime Was Murdered in Cold Blood

Kampala — The Police have admitted that Ronald Ssebulime was murdered in cold blood. Ssebulime was on Sunday gunned down by police for allegedly trailing ICT State Minister Ida Erios Nantaba.
