Seychelles’ Ministry of Health bans travel to China due to coronavirus- analysis

With the coronavirus being talked about all over the world, it is no shocker that every country is being threatened by it. Seychelles has banned their residents from traveling to China due to the risk of getting the coronavirus. They are allowing people from China who visited to travel back to China, however. They are also trying to prevent and suggest /persuade Chinese residents from China who are planning to travel to Seychelles in the upcoming months to cancel or move the date until the coronavirus is more under control. With Seychelles stepping in and trying to prevent tourists from China, the Chinese Association of Travel Services, is trying to advise their citizens to not travel. However, with plane tickets being booked months before hand, so are hotel rooms and other activities that may not be refundable to certain families or travelers. Hotels and other destination services are being requested to have special policies for refunds for people who planned to travel there from China. With the coronavirus being highly contagious and spreading at what seems to be rapid speed, Seychelles is evacuating their first batch of students from China to come home. However, they already have planned extreme measures to make sure none of the virus. Their body temperatures will be screened as soon as they enter the country and health officials are being directed to check up on the students on a daily basis and take action if it is necessary. Since the coronavirus is so unknown to everyone, I think each country taking their own actions to prevent it from entering their country is smart and safe for them and their citizens. However, so much more plays into it than just banning travel to their country, like stated earlier, all the refunds and services that were requested and booked now have discuss further measures.
