Brazil has had another dam collapse which has made many of the civilians question the quality and the effort put fourth by the government. The economy in Brazil is low and it’s starting to become more apparent to many people. This is not the first dam collapse that Brazil has had. It had happened a few times in the past couple of years and it’s beginning to cause panic and worry in smaller communities who live closer to the dams. The overall economy in South America is not great, however, with smaller improvements to the infrastructure, it can allow the people of the communities feel safe and not have to worry about if a dam will collapse because the government is taking more precautions to prevent things such as that from happening again. One way to start to improve would be to have routine checks on the dams about once a month to make sure that everything is working properly, then if there are any issues with any of the equipment then it could be fixed as soon as possible to prevent any future collapses.
