According to data collected by US Authorities, migration from Guatemala, Honduras, and El Salvador have hit record highs. The reasons for the mass amount of migration include poverty, violence, and political stability. This mass surge of arrivals has put lots of political pressure on the Biden administration. In order to combat the mass migration, they are going to force asylum seekers to wait in Mexico for their US immigration court hearings.
