Kyrgyzstan cannot find its constitution [Analysis]

A country’s constitution doesn’t just go missing. This event highlights government corruption in Kyrgyzstan in an attempt to empower the parliament, and decline the power of the president. Kyrgyzstan doesn’t have the original copy, but it retains the copy from 2010. There is much debate on where the actual document is, and some even believe that there wasn’t an original copy signed to begin with. It is evident that the parliament is scheming to gain power, and one or perhaps all of the members are holding its true whereabouts a secret. In the meantime, what will the government of Kyrgyzstan base it’s government off of?
