South Sudan’s focus After the War with Sudan

South Sudan, the newest Country in the World, Just ended a war with Sudan that started only two years after its creation. The war killed about 50,000 people and caused 2,000,000 people to evacuate With the war finally ending, a lot of changes are coming to South Sudan. I would predict years of changes will be happening to the Country because the war probably interrupted there construction phase. This Week South Sudan’s National Security made a huge step in the right direction by Releasing 5 prisoners of war this week. Rebel groups are planning to meet for a peace celebration October 30th. The fact that this newly formed country is at peace is great for the people that had dealt with a war for almost 10 years. “The National security agency’s main detentions center, known as “Blue House”, That was holding the prisoners was taken over. This Kinda shows that the Country has a long way to before they are functioning because there are still uprisings happening. Countries in Africa typically have issues with providing food for there people do to the lack of access due to geography or just unobtainable. So I hope a focus South Sudan Takes is establishing trade partners that well provide them with resources they don’t have yet. Another Focus I think they should take is how to prevent Attacks from other Countries. This can be done by establishing a military and defence systems. Another thing South Sudan should establish is a formal Government preferably a Democracy, but I personally think a Government should benefit the people first and supply the needs to benefit the Country as a whole. I hope South Sudan grows into a Country that help fix the issues of Africa. It will take several years for Africa to Stabilize and South Sudan to become a Complete Country.
